General Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions and on-demand content on the Catch+ platform (hereinafter “the Platform”). Catch+ is a streaming platform dedicated to European wrestling, operated by the association Catch Plus.

By subscribing to a subscription or purchasing on-demand content, the user unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which Catch+ offers monthly and annual subscriptions as well as pay-per-view content (hereinafter “the Services”) to its users.

 

Article 2: Offered Services

  • Monthly Subscription: Unlimited access to the platform’s content for a period of one month, automatically renewable. Price: €4.99 per month.

  • Annual Subscription: Unlimited access to the platform’s content for a period of one year, automatically renewable. Price: €49.99 per year.

  • Pay-per-view (PPV): One-time purchase of a wrestling event streamed live for a price set by the company.

 

Article 3: Access to Services
Access to the Services is reserved for persons who have subscribed or purchased on-demand content. Access is immediate after payment.

The user agrees not to share their login credentials with third parties. Any abuse may result in immediate termination of access to the Platform without any refund.

 

Article 4: Subscription and Cancellation Conditions

  • Subscription: Subscriptions are made directly on the Platform. The user can choose between a monthly or annual subscription.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the subscribed period. The user may cancel at any time before the renewal date via their personal account on the Platform.

  • Cancellation: The user may terminate their subscription at any time, free of charge, via their personal account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund will be given for the current period.

 

Article 5: Pricing and Payment
Service prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Payment is made by credit card via a secure platform.

Catch+ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the user in advance. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

 

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal for digital services provided immediately after purchase (subscriptions and PPV).

 

Article 7: Liability
Catch+ undertakes to provide quality access to its Services, subject to possible interruptions for maintenance or updates. Catch+ cannot be held responsible for interruptions or disruptions beyond its control (internet network issues, force majeure, etc.).

 

Article 8: Personal Data Protection
Catch+ collects and processes personal data of its users in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The user has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting Catch+ at assocatchplus@gmail.com.

 

Article 9: Intellectual Property
The content offered on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

Article 10: Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of the association Catch Plus.
